That news hopefully hits soon and should be a game changer for this stock. I think the market for XCLL is eagerly waiting it but in a subtle way as it continues to base right under .002 for months now. It's been over 14 months since it last traded above .002 so a break of that level should trigger some more interest. I think 2017 will be a big year for XCLL.
