What you fail to grasp is that your chance of ever seeing anything from this investment(and I use the wood loosely) is next to ZERO.

At least we can make the sob pay for his crimes. They can have my remaining 50,000 shares to use toward their legal fees since they are not worth much.

This has nothing to do with MDMN defending themselves in court... against bogus law suits... MDMN goes to court and proves the law suits against them are bogus... and the courts drop the suits... that is if the law suits are actually bogus... which I presume they are... but we have two separate issues here... and MDMN should not be mixing the two up... going after Les or anyone... ... at this time and juncture... is a waste of money... a pure waste of resources... plain and simple...
