Thanks for the opportunity to point out the positive side of the coin. IF, and that's a big if, a judge decides to disallow the entire "stock instead of interest payments" as usury and goes back to the first loan, calculating interest at the max allowable rate then subtracting the monies our lenders received from selling those shares, I suspect it would turn out we owe them much less than $80 million. That's where I could see upside, since it would be a fairly simple math problem from there. I have no idea if our judge has the power or will to make such a ruling.
