The judge has sided with the unions and the banks in their motion. That appears to mean that additional shares to cover taxes will be taken out of the DCR for the unions and the banks that have joined this motion.
Anybody out there who has any insight into the math of that, if that will wipe out the entire DCR or if there's anything left over for us, your input would be greatly appreciated.
