I emailed them when it was announced, they said they'll follow up with it and according to the recent CEO update later and uptick interview the 2nd is still on.

I researched a lawyers statement on this and the laws. DEA can not make laws they only enforce them! So that's false they can't change the laws stating that CBD is legal! The courts do that! A bunch of bs here. New administration coming and that supports it.
