Can CBD Be Sold Across State Lines?

NO, you are missing the point entirely, maybe they cannot interfere with state laws, but they can enforce federal laws, like crossing state lines. If you can show me a reputable article or source that clearly states that CBD can legally be sold across state lines, you win.

The new codes that you are obsessing about have nothing to do with the legality of selling any cannabis product, it is only for tracking purposes. Regardless of the THC concentration, all cannabis products are classified as Schedule 1. Several articles have quoted:

"What if it’s only cannabidiol (CBD) and no other cannabinoids? The agency’s response: “For practical purposes, all extracts that contain CBD will also contain at least small amounts of other cannabinoids. However, if it were possible to produce from the cannabis plant an extract that contained only CBD and no other cannabinoids, such an extract would fall within the new drug code” and therefore remain federally illegal."

Doesn't get much clearer than that, so please show me the article that says it can be trafficked across state lines.....You won't find one.
