How much drilling should MXSG do before entering production?

Enough to be able to do some level of feasibility, so that they are not wasting investors' money.

Of course, mining gold at a profit does not appear to be an objective. IMO, mining gold for the sake of promotional pictures and videos appears to be their primary goal.......
