I don't think any of us or the E committee expected PP et al to open their books. NFW...Maybe that is why an offer to discuss a settlement...Something in the $40-60MM range? The Judge can do that and set it away from PP et al letting the sale progress. No sane judge will allow their orders to be rebuffed/ignored and then give money to known criminals that just dissed his order.
