There will be a hearing on Jan 13th to discuss. Per MA law, you have to give like 21 days notice on something like this. It gives PP and Implant time to respond.

The 14th amendment that was not implemented said all debt due in 30 days IF there was an attempt to settle some/ all. Strong arm tactic, IMO. Maybe that was why NO legal opinion was available,
