Power Up is alleging that TALK committed inter-state fraud. I am not sure what the details are behind that or if it seems plausible.

To me it appears they just want their money and expect they would not have received much in the bk so they are throwing fraud out there. It is very difficult to prove but is the only shot they have left to get more than they would in the bk process.

We'll have to wait until Jan 6 to see how that works out.
