PMEA DD Going Into 2017

PMEA had 1.527B freely trading shares in December 2015. No additional “random” or toxic shares have been added to the market at all.

What has been added are 12.4B shares that completed the merger of EVADA Aircraft Corp.

Two things come to mind on the PR above. It was vague, simple, got into no details and as it was coming from basically a shell at the time with 1.527B shares, got no real traction. Was too good to be true so to speak.

The other thought is that the 12.4B shares they used to complete the merger would have been better served by issuing as preferred shares. They’ve probably realized that was not the best option as they’ve recently put out a release talking about the lock up and leak out agreement of the majority of those shares as listed below…

Hopefully these will be converted to preferred shares, but in the meantime, the fact that they’re in the mix does wonders for those who get and understand what’s getting ready to happen with this company. While others may shy away from the stock simply based on the share structure, more savvy players will see this for what it is…a behemoth of a business in the making.

Here’s the basics on this one…

1. The company has a manufacturing plant in Tunisia for the EVADA aircraft. From what I’ve gathered, they have 7 full time employees in that location.

2. They are in the process of putting together an assembly plant here in the United States.

3. The company has now partnered with a gyrocopter manufacturer to gain synergies in manufacturing, assembly, sales, marketing and legalities.

4. There is a cultural aspect to this one that has its pros and cons. The PRs to date have been more on the technical side and not exactly clear. You really had to do some digging to figure it all out, but they’re getting better. They don’t want to or need to add additional shares to the mix per the CEO and I got the impression that they would not even know or understand the typical channels that a lot of these CEOs use to raise funds and usually the toxic kind. They’re self-funded per the CEO. The websites are currently geared toward a foreign market, but that should evolve over time.

http://www.dinelly-exogyro.com

Now I don’t know about you, but to me, as I look at these two websites, digest everything that is there and dig into the press releases to date, what I see is a company that will be creating a monster of a business on a global scale that’s partnered with a similar company to gain traction on many levels and a company that simply wanted to do so as a publicly traded entity using PMEA as the vehicle.

As they clean up the PRs and get better at communicating, as they continue to address the 12.4B restricted, as they start to make sales, as the make announcement after announcement on their progress, IMHO, I think people will see this for what it truly is…a company of massive size and heft with what amounts to 1.527B shares in the float for the foreseeable future. I didn’t get the impression that even after the lock up and leak out that the company has any intention of doing much more than reinvesting in what they’re creating now.

Anyway, just wanted to put out something tangible for each of you to consider when making your decision on whether to buy in on PMEA. GLTA
