Brokers don't know diddly. Most of them don't even know if you buy a number of shares over time which get cashed out first: The new shares or the old.

I wasnt in the deal back then but i would call the company and ask. Rick is a nice guy ask him....i have had other muxh larger companies offer that than mysteriously forget they did.
