Shameful.
"Jacksonville, 22 December 2016.
Sunset Capital Assets, Inc. [OTC: SNST] has entered into an agreement to form a strategic partnership with Prescient Community Developers, LLC, a leader in faith-based senior housing."

Start by asking to see the latest project created by the so-called "leader in faith-based senior housing". They've got some very nice photos on their website so it should be easy.
http://www.prescientdevelop.com/home.html
Or ask them for their own address while you're at it. (There is no entity known as Prescient Community Developers, LLC licensed to do business by the State of Florida, by the way.)

Let me know how that goes.

Senior citizens + Churches + Florida real estate
Should be even easier than taking money from a penny stock investor.

Easier than turning a $500M treasure into an unaudited company with an $8M market cap.
