Several of the long-time longs on the board will tell you they've written or seen a version of your prediction - almost verbatim - for 5 or 6 years now.
Just change the date you wrote from 2017 to 2016, 15, 14, 13, 12.
Conversely I've been consistent in predicting the share price would be trending downward to levels like this while providing supporting arguments which the longs typically brushed aside.
The inability of APDN to generate significant recurring revenue streams combined with its penchant for diluting its shareholders is a powerful combination that will probably not change in the near term and so will continue driving the share price south.
Also the fact that many longs seem not to know that mgt 1) increased the Authorized Share count by 30 fold to 500 million and 2) made a statement that appeared to mislead investors into believing they'd actually reduced it is disturbing on oh so many levels.
