Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus
Right down Santa Claus lane

Vixen, Blitzen, all his reindeer
Pulling on the reins
Bells are ringing, children singing
All is merry and bright
Hang your stockings and say a prayer
'Cause Santa Claus comes tonight

Sorry - it's the first song that came to mind on seeing obscene amount of options awarded for - I suppose - a "job well done" (?).

C'mon - you can't tell me this doesn't turn your tummy.

You guys are waaaaaaaaay to acquiescent on this issue imo.

I've said for some time that they would continue issuing shares and options like there was no tomorrow and that they'd keep monkeying around with strike prices in order to deeply favor themselves.

I'm willing to bet that at some point (if they haven't already done so) they're going to Re-Price previously issued options to lower strike prices.

I call it "Self-Dealing".

I can tell you one thing.
I sure wouldn't want options for a Christmas bonus.
Last year they were issued at around $3 strike price.
Assuming this is some kind of bonus, it is worth zero right now.
I notice on the schedule that a lot of the old ones are expiring and did not get exercised.
If they are some kind of benefit to Beth Jansen, et all, then what is this for?
The company performance fye 9/30/16 would not warrant any kind of bonuses.
So, I don't have a clue what it's for (contractural??).
