Stock price doesnt make a company waldo. Just because scams out there claim they have something doesnt mean squat. They are still scams trying to pump themself.

Not NGBL! NGBL is the best and they have a farm to prove it! No need for them to pump. Just because the stock price hasnt hit $1 yet doesnt mean anything. It will tho, no reason why we shouldnt see .15 by feb 2017.
