I was trying to say that, yes.

And while new ideas and financial instruments to implement them do appear in the equity marketplace every so often, it seemed to me that the NNVC annual meeting would be an odd place for one to be revealed to the financial community.
Last I heard the NNVC Board was studying the issue though, so I'll defer judgment to their experience, which is surely greater than mine.
