Approval of press releases from both party's need approval by either legal channel when one contracting party decides to divulge more about the contract than agreed upon. This will be cleared up and the testing contract will go forward. It was a legal blunder, however, this happens all the time. This was probably just a misunderstanding while contracts continue.
