There is no shortage. David Foley has issued his family well over 2 billion pre-split shares in the past couple years and they sell them as fast as they're issued. Since the reverse-split they've issued themselves the equivalent of 1.3 billion pre-split shares.
Despite the hype the split-adjusted price is still only .0011. Everyone who has held this stock longer than a couple weeks has lost a fortune.
