I like Mallinckrodt as a partner for Rexista. I am sure it has been discussed but not inked as of yet. The large upfront payment is probably holding it up. IPCI might have to take less up front and more on FDA approval. Will they take the chance is what you have to ask yourself. We hall find out. If we have no partner by the Ides of March we night be in trouble. :-)
