O.K. fair enough. The CEO deserves some whipping for past acquisitions but the most recent one looks pretty good to me even if they aren't exceeding expectations yet. He will be gone soon unless something has changed. I hope they don't do anymore acquisitions and just focus on their current business.
Shld do about 33 mil in cash flow from operations this year and 2017 shld be more like 40. Looks cheap to me based on current market cap.
In the .90's it was being given away. IMO!
Even a market cap of 5 x cash flow would be a huge gain from here.
