I think your timing might be off. For one, a partner or JV will need to see at least the CE in place. I've also found that agreements with larger Pharmas often take 9 months or more mostly due to attorneys constantly trying to slip in their own favorable language, getting caught, and then having to negotiate those clauses out. It can get crazy for a biotech startup.
