They had no issues using Miguel's Name as President/Director and even the filing shows him as the Incorporator. They were also the agents when Jeff Sarvis was in charge and his name is on the filings so again why not George? There is not even a new filing since Miguel left. Why would they keep his ownership discrete I mean didn't he actually put out a PR saying he is in charge of SHOM?
