1. October 2016 BTDG has been upgraded to PINKSHEET CURRENT STATUS and the Skull N Crossbones symbol on Pinksheets was removed. BTDG is now CURRENT on all FILINGS and fully reporting.
2. Current FILINGS show that BTDG has PAID IN FULL a debt owed to Direct TV that was order by the Court. ALL DEBT IS PAID IN FULL per the 8K released on December 6th 2016. THIS IS HUGE FOR THE COMPANY MOVING FORWARD TO RELIEVE THIS DEBT IN FULL!
3. The CEO has reported that NEWS on multiple fronts will be forth coming in the very the near future.
Those NEWS fronts include:
a) News pertaining to a NEW and EXCITING DIRECTION for BTDG. A New Business Opportunity of some sort. Could be a MERGE/ACQUISITION or just a new in house venture. Not sure but we are told it will be very exciting and great for the future of the Company.
b) It is also reported that the Company has already or intends to in the near future, REDUCE it's Outstanding Share count by 800 MILLION SHARES!
c) There may also be updates on other fronts as well.
