Agreed Billymack. We desperately need to get the audited financials in place because larger investors don't want to invest big money where they have zero assurance of the financials. Now we all know there's no guarantee, look at Enron, but I truly believe Ms Mars in the stickler for the details and accuracy that she says she is.
Now the big issue that I have is once we get audited financials, management NEEDS to at least uplist us to QB. We need to get off the pinks ASAP and not wait for some magic carpet ride to the Nasdaq. That's all well and good for the future, but they need to at least get off the pinks NOW.
Lastly, once we get off the pinks and have audited financials, what excuses THEN will Midam have for their inability to bring in new interest??? Hmmmmmm
