Why are so few getting that the $80 mil is not for the criminals(read PP), it is for the victims who invested with PP on the promise of a +12% return. Now it seems 95% of the money they invested with PP went poof. My guess, just a guess, is that some of it is in yachts or up their nose.
All of Madoff's investments were liquidated eventually and the money distributed to the people who trusted him.
In the case of Madoff most of his personal assets were also seized, the same may happen to the PP gentlemen.
It would be good for IMSC shareholders if Managements assets were divided among us ,but it seems unlikely unless we can "prove" they broke laws that enriched them personally.
Perhaps that Million shares Turmelle bought at $0.08, but what are they worth now.
