I email the TA every couple of days. It's a little longer response time but very simple. I have seen the TA take up to 3 days for new shares to settle and update their numbers but it's rare.
Yes it's true that these toxic guys often converted late in the day and then they showed up the next day with new shares. But if one calls right now and there is no shares added, there is no way that any shares can be dumped as some here claim. What any toxic guy could do of course, is front loading to the downside at any time, meaning shorting the heck out of the stock knowing they will convert a certain tranche in a few days. That is possible.
