As stated previously, whoever is buying is doing so patiently so as to not push the price above the recent range.

There is no urgency, which raises the question about how long it will be before any tire or Taiwan news.

What about the delayed quarterly earnings report? Another short delay?

It seems that over the last couple of weeks, the trades have been less frequent, but more of the 10k+ block variety.
