Totally agreed. As if they protected the shareholder rights all along, now he is worries about the monthly interest. Perhaps, he should be more focused on running the company and driving sales and not bother with legal issues which are beyond his level. Shameless.

int10a - Alpha made some interesting comments last month. If we now fast forward one month some new projections may be better understood.
My current understanding s that a Federal Judge will be making a determination as to if the L3 offer will be accepted. If it is officially accepted then there could be some funds left on the table.There have been and will not be any further bids. IMSC stopped paying interest several months ago.
If, in the end, we accept the offer those excess funds would be distributed.
Then, IMSC would be only a shell of a company.
Do I have the correct perception here?

None of this matters. The SEC charges and the criminal charges are going to take precedence, no bankruptcy judge is going to now let this continue.
