Mr Lucky,article is a good picture,but the $4 million debt is mainly of derivative and convertible debt to Maxim group which already basicly owns the Co,and that is the amount missing for completing the $9 millions capital infusion of nov 2015.You must buy here IF you believe in the chinese deal...which I believe ,irrational exuberance,assumming of a done deal...for them buying us for peanuts,and for us a viable company selling in the rest of world on behalf,push by the chinese.
The question here is for how much we will be taken private...with the chinese deal we go to $0.10 PPS and with the following private deal to $0.20...what will they will be willing to pay ,us the suckers which we have hold for years...feliz morning and HOLD TIGHT !!!
Suckers must hold here ,nothing to lose and much to gain...IMHO.
