After the date of the IND meeting, PMCB has to wait 30 days hoping that the FDA has no questions or requires further information. After that 30 days, if the FDA has not responded in anyway to PMCB, they are free to move forward with the clinical trial. That's why that meeting date is PMCB's most important announcement in their history.
