I don't enjoy saying this but this is fact. I have been a shareholder for 4 years. I would consider myself a long-term shareholder. I have watched this stock make some incredible runs up. I have also watched it continuously trickle all the way back down to its lows. The problem in my opinion is the share structure. They have too many outstanding shares. They need to cancel, retrieve and/or retire a minimum of 2 billion shares. They said they were going to retrieve 1.5 billion fraudulently issued shares and cancel them Summer 2015. That never happened. I've never heard anything back on it other than we are still waiting. I'm not saying this does not have potential I am not saying I don't believe in this stock. I'm clearly just saying the problem is share structure. I originally bought in at .0377 As of January 2016 I had lost thousands. January 2016 I stopped holding on to my shares and pretending that they were unretrievable if I sold them. December 2016 I officially made my money back and have a $6,000 profit. The point is I have proved to myself over the last 11 months that this stock cannot maintain a share price with the current share structure. It has just been going down for the last 4 years. It will hit a new low and pop back up and then it will hit a new low and continue all the way to the bottom unless they fix the share structure. Uba is huge but until they show Revenue people won't believe in it. There have just been too many words said and not enough follow through. There are tons of people that believe but unfortunately there are just too many shares to support it. Hopefully 2017 brings 1.5 or 2 billion share cancellation or retirement. That coupled with actual financials and potential first-quarter Revenue will be the difference-maker. I think it has fallen as low as it will go maybe a little lower. I think there is enough buying pressure for now to sustain it above .002. But all this is just my opinion and anyone that buys or sells a stock based off the words that are said in this board should not be Trading.
