Jim...all it takes to clarify the situation is for Turek to issue a news release explaining the delay - I think Mendoza Berger made their position clear:

Per the submitted financials, they added a new accountant firm. That firm is local to the corporate offices and certified to perform audited financials. I'd bet that MB has little time remaining on the PLNI contract.
