well the float is the most important thing here for trading,
yahoo and otcmarkets are not valid for stating a factual 100,000,000 imo
first thing we need to do is look at the number of shares that can actually be traded
outstanding shares imo has no impact when they all cannot be traded today
if they are trading 25,000,000 shares in the float
and they need to sell 1,000,000 more shares (from the outstanding)
that will bring the traded float to 26,000,000
that is just an example (not sure what the exact numbers of the traded float is, but I know its low)
looking for a play here, not looking to be a long term holder for the next 5 years, but, if this kept growing for the next 5 years, and not diluted too badly, this can be a great play to be in and out of at the right times
again, brings me to my point,
it was at 3.45, its now under a $1
when they are done selling, this can be a great play in my opinion for another 100 percent move, as the last one was about a 500 percent move
you can cry p&d
but there are a ton of p&d's that do not have an actual license
and there is no question that there is value there....
so i disagree with your outstanding shares as a method of calling this 100million
as those additional shares can not even be traded until they are diluted
they already have proven that they wont dilute this into subpenny land
so my feeling is they will eventually stop selling and let it run again
its a matter of catching it
good luck to you
