Deadline will be 1/6/17 with contest starting 1/9/17. I have no idea how to handle I-hub, right now I'm going as it will be here, if the facts change I change with them. But right now it is working, if it stops working if we see another outage this week I'll think about making other contingencies. I'll cross this bridge when I get to it. don't really get into this until after christmas anyways. hope this helps.
