They had all the funding that they needed, problem is they have no resources and no way to pay it back. The other problem is this company had no intention of mining gold because it's a scam inside enrichment scheme.

If I would not buy this crap for .0001 I certainly would not buy at .01 ... which could only happen after a reverse split.
