I think the reason is because it is a speculative play at the moment. When enough information is released from PMCB, it will form a consensus that this company is the real deal. Investors will respond in kind, push up the price and establishing a new level. this can happen very quickly, so I would not want to on the sidelines at any time right now.

I don't think fda has anything to do with pps...mms and investors control that. I still think new and long time investors are holding for what could be a short term kabooooom....I think we will know the fda meeting date in the next few days hopefully before year end...and 30 days later that could lead to officially starting our road to the clinical trial...that should give us a bump...anyone trading this is crazy...but to each his/her own...
