Of all of the good??? news that we got

from Double Crown this year, I also think getting the patents on the Translock issued was the most important.

However, when DDCC transferred the patent rights back to Lopez (for FREE) in August, without telling the SHs, that was just a trivial event? Apparently DDCC the continuing delinquent company in its SEC filings, didn't consider giving Lopez the patents (for FREE!) was a material event. Else they would've filed an 8K. Then again, giving away worthless patents... for FREE!... might bee fair.

Seems all that "good" news was given away for FREE!!!
