Up, maybe.

My biggest concern is their ability to execute and the financing behind it. Whatever they do, they'll need cash. Getting non-toxic/non-dilutive financing will be near impossible. We still don't know the details behind prior financing; hard to know unless they disclose it but with the downturn n the stock since the announcement you have to wonder. Seems like someone is always selling...hmmmm. So, we could again see a positive PR about results (i.e. pump) followed by a dump.

I'm not entirely convinced Delta is legit. At a minimum they lack the transparency necessary to attract equity investment on the open market. I'm a shareholder so I'm not trying to talk the company down, but I'm not going to pump it up either - especially with so many unknowns.

The ball is in their court to produce legitimate and verifiable results and run the business effectively thereafter. Only then will we see investors (not speculators) and a price that realistically mirrors the value of the company.

They have several options---diamond mines are 'kinda romantic'--if they're certs are attractive enuf, might crank them out and sell 'em at wall drug or deadwood for souvineers.
Christmas is coming up--possible 'gag gifts' (Golly, Uncle Buster--thanks for the diamond mine!) And they could also be used to wrap fragile stuff in to send to our troops.
