I have a nice stash of shares too. It would be crazy for him not to utilize it:

1) Debt free
2) Millions worth of NOL's that a profitable company could take advantage of. This alone worth millions.
3) Mecker has a lot of connections via his venture capital business. Surely at least one of the want to go public
4) Meckler could use the shell himself. 3DR Holdings and Asivo Ventures doing very well.

Mecker can easily make millions from this si I just can't see him letting it go. Would be foolish in today's market

I really hope the person that bought over 13% of the company knows something that we don't. Perfect shell for a reverse merger. A profitable company could write off over $20 million in future profits.

I'm glad we have over 2 years left for Meckler to utilize the shell. He might be waiting till 2017 when taxes are different to sell or revive the shell IMO





As soon as your Delaware LLC is cancelled, the business name can be requested by another entity.

An LLC may revoke its dissolution within three years of its effective date. However, you will have to make sure the business name has not already been taken by another entity.
