Yeah its all about intent. If they wanted to sell shares and print more paper it would be a 1000, but it's not. They want to improve the structure overall. ....bodes well for us. With about a 70mill tradable float after the rs any kind of ams news bldv will move fast. Like 0-60 in a week or two.
