It looks like its still trading to me when I bring it up on my brokerage account, but I get errors when I use Yahoo finance.
But when I say trading it is just barely... a total of $500 worth of shares traded on Friday.
As I said before this company is run by a group of people I believe to be scammers that have started a string of fake tech companies in Santa Barbara. They all end up this way unfortunately.
