PTSC lost:appeals courts DEFER to district decisions unless there is "clear error" which is a legal term. The district court decision would have to be horribly reasoned for it to be overturned and if you actually read it would would see it was well reasoned. In a few days PTSC will be worthless. Even if it was not the patents are now expired and worthless. Even if they were worth something your malicious "partner" would take any money the appropriately named Mr. Flowers could ever hope to see. Even if you would have won shareholders would lose for sure! IMO! Just say N! Sell for the 4 tenths of a penny. Try N 2 help!
