Because it is so expensive, only a tiny fraction of the available supply of gold is used in electronics, and much of that is recovered through recycling.

What I am wondering now is whether the PoG is finally going to make that move down to the $1000 range before we get another bullish leg. If so, that will be one heck of a bull.

If it does do the big dip, manipulation will have nothing to do with it. Rather, it will be because alternative places to park money are more attractive.
