it's no problem for me at all as I always meet all the requirements and restrictions. With high short interest and lot of potential for share price going higher, ARIA is definitely one of the best stocks for day trading while holding your core position.
Still not buying shares back yet as December option expiration is approaching, there is possibility for buying those shares back in the low $12s
