i am going to suggest in my written complaint/inquiry to the sec that they look into the trading records behind the trades in ewll from the past 3 weeks. i will bet that they will find the culprit(s) very easily and learn who was behind this unexplainable and unjustified rise in the pps. sec has special enforcement area for otc wrongdoing. i will not be surprised to see them turn their investigative eye to ewll soon.
