I'm pretty sure he did post something about the Walmart meeting and it said he had to meet requirements from Walmart. Assuming that's why he posted about the California distribution, trying to meet certain requirement

Updates will come on their time when progress is made and PR's are justified. To put one out now just to put one out would be considered a "fluff" PR...right?
1: the approval from Mexican government will happen.
2: Walmart will happen if/when criteria is met.

California, New York, New Jersey, & Hawaii:
Depending on the beverage distributor, expect retail distribution to start sometime in late December, January, and throughout 2017.
It is also important to note that the distribution of our product into retail outlets is an important component to what we have been working on regarding future potential plans for Walmart.
