Excellent assessment Flex. I would think his number is probably in the mid to high 30s so that he can get something finalized in the high 20s. And his bar will only rise if a deal happens after Brig's approval.
As I have stated many times before nothing would make me happier than seeing this company sold soon. I hope that Denner is working on this, I just don't know. Maybe Jess is right and he plans on hanging on to this for a while. I also think that some of the numbers ($30+ $40+ per share) posted on this board before are realistic. Would I be happy with $30+, hell yes, I just don't think they are achievable in the near future.
