It seems to me it is a 1:1 block trade at a fixed price, not at the open market and facilitated by Goldman. No way to know for sure it went down until the buyer/seller or Goldman says it did, but no reason to doubt it either. As soon as it was reported it could be seen as the confirmation that it happened.

Based on the filing just reported, it looks like Candlewood sold shares to Aurora Grain.
