Before it made its run last time. Oil will return to higher prices, probably not as high as previous prices but with production costs in the 18.00-19.00 (verses I believe 22.50-25.00 on the original estimate) per barrel range (my estimate using the steam oil ratio and production numbers per well) at "Analysts are expecting WTI to average US$60/bbl in 2017 compared to US$58/bbl expected previously, while WCS is projected to average C$54.45/bbl next year compared to C$58.90/bbl previously." I believe they can do pretty well. Let us also consider the approval of the Keystone and other pipelines will likely help WCS prices surpass the above mark. Please see link
